Terms and Conditions

Exchanges are available exclusively for fitting issues, provided you report the size discrepancy within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. Unfortunately, refunds are not an option. However, customers have the opportunity to receive store credits, which remain valid for future use.

We highly recommend creating an unboxing video for any purchase. This proactive step can significantly assist customers in achieving the best possible outcome if returns become necessary.

For an exchange to be considered, the item must remain in the same condition as when received  and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 Upon acceptance of your exchange or return request, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items sent without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Should you have any inquiries regarding returns, please don't hesitate to contact us at wahenoorcouture@gmail.com.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately and notify us of any defects, damage, or incorrect items. This allows us to promptly address the issue and rectify it. An unboxing video can be particularly helpful in such situations.

 

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Refunds will be provided to customers in one instance:

1. If the customer receives incorrect or damaged products (an unboxing video is required as evidence to support the claim).

Please note that customers also have the option to return items and receive store credits, which can be used at their convenience in the future.
